At Bella Brows and Beauty Spa, we highly value your appointments and the time reserved specifically for you. We understand that schedule adjustments may be necessary at times. Therefore, we kindly request a  24-hour notice for cancellations. We have a strict and enforced  24-hour cancellation policy in place.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without sufficient notice, it prevents us from filling that time slot and denies other clients on our waiting list the opportunity to receive services. To ensure that our schedule is efficiently managed, we confirm appointments  48 hours in advance, as we recognize how easy it is to overlook an appointment made months ago.

As our services are reserved exclusively for you, a cancellation fee will be applied for less than  24-hour notice. This fee will amount to a flat fee of $75. In the case of "no shows," a charge equal to the same flat fee of $75 will also be enforced.

Our cancellation policy allows us to inform standby guests of any available appointments and ensures that our schedule remains filled, resulting in better service for everyone. These policies are presented and provided with the utmost commitment to excellent service for our valued clientele, both current and future.
